To all officials Registered and Confirmed
for the Level 3 Referee Seminar on
Sunday September 14, 2008 at NOCO Ice Center, in Windsor.
Get there before 8:00 AM so that you can get checked in and pay
your fees.
We will be seated and teaching starting at 8:00 AM. If you change your mind about attending
this seminar, please have the courtesy to email registrar@ncihra.org so that the
reserved spot can be given to someone else.
You must be there the full day to get credit for the seminar. We will check-in and out (at the
end of the day). Make sure you sign out before leaving at the end of the
seminar (this is very important). We will end at 5:00 pm, after the closed book
test.
We will collect Seminar and Local Association fees at the sign-in.
Cash or check to FCAIHRA. Level 3 is $ 40.00 per person. Out of town folks $10.00 just for seminar.
You should have already registered on-line with USA Hockey as an ice
hockey
referee. Have your USA Hockey
Referee Member # with you at the seminar. Things to bring to the
seminar:
This is a long full day of classroom and ice instruction. We try to make
it fun but there is a lot of information to cover. So be prepared to be attentive all day. We highly recommend looking over or completing the Open Book Test, reading
the Case Book in the Rule Book, because you will also need to take a Closed
Book Test.
Bring lunch, snacks and drinks, enough to get you thru the day. Or have someone bring you lunch, or be
prepared to eat whatever the rink has or is available by driving somewhere
nearby. (Lunch is scheduled from 11:45 – 12:30).

session (1:00 – 3:00):

Black Helmet

Referee Finger Whistle
·
Full Referee uniform.

A cup, shin guards, elbow pads
