Annual Meeting was held at EPIC meeting room at 7:00 - 9:00 pm.

MINUTES of June 2, 2005 ANNUAL MEETING

Update our FCAIHRA Roster - a work in progress. If your email changes, then send a note to Marshall via email.

FCAIHRA ISSUES:

We will agressively assess game fee fines for Officials that are Late or are a No Show for games.

BOARD Organization and Open positions

Local Supervisor & Assistant: Marshall Flug; and for now Garrett White remains the Assistant.

Webmaster: undecided, but a few folks expressed interest.

BOARD Members at Large: New are Mike Giroux and Niki Roman, while Jim Henriksen still remains from past years. Others that are interested should let Marshall know.

Schedulers for each Rink or Group:

EPIC: still undecided, but a few officials expressed interest.

Providence: Paul Bray to continue.

Greeley: for both Warnoco and IceHAus, undecided now but some officials expressed interest. Also waiting tosee exactly what work load exists for officials in Greeley.

CSU: we need someone to fill this opening.

Liaison to Rinks & Associations: Bryan Irey and Marshall to continue; but also add Mike Giroux. Responsibilities undecided.

FCAIHRA - USA Hockey Referee Seminars for 2005-2006

September 10 & 11, 2005 at EPIC. Undecided as to which seminar on what day, but we agreed to conduct one day as a Combined Level 1 & 2 Seminar; and a stand alone Level 3 Seminar.

Probably also need to conduct a Level 1 Seminar in Greeley in 2005. No dates or location yet.
